Review Of The 2010 Lincoln Mks Sedan

Recently winning a CNET editor’s choice award, the Lincoln MKS is a comfortable sedan starting that ,760 that features adaptive cruise control, device connectivity, automatic parking, and Ecoboost power.  This car is particularly well-suited for technology lovers.

The Lincoln MKS comes equipped standard with a twin-turbocharged direct-injection 3.50-liter V6 engine that offers Ecoboost technology with 350 pound-feet of torque.  Although the Ecoboost engine provides fast acceleration with  up to 355 horsepower, some test drivers reported unsteadiness at speed exceeding 70 mph.  Drivers can choose among six automatic speeds or one manual mode.

Another good feature of the Lincoln MKS is the adaptive cruise control.  The cruise control can be set at a certain speed, but it will adjust automatically based on speed of the vehicle in front of the driver.  The adaptive cruise control system will then readjust to the set speed if there are vehicles ahead or if their speeds increase.  This is a useful feature for long-distance driving.

Perfect for techies, the Lincoln MKS also offers a wide range of device connectivity options as well as other technological advancements.  For example, it includes Bluetooth for mobile phones, collision warning, an automatic parking system, and an optional blind-spot detection technology.  In addition, the car features a navigation system with Sirius Travel Link, a system that provides the locations of nearby gas stations along with traffic information.

It also features 12-way powered, leather-trimmed, heated and cooled front seats.

Overall, the Lincoln MKS sedan is a fine choice for drivers who want high-tech features and a comfortable driving experience.
